ARDHEN ARDHANA, S.H., M.H., C.L.A.

Ardhen Ardhana pursued his undergraduate law degree at Trisakti University in 2004, focusing on Criminal Law. He then continued his studies by earning a Master of Law degree from Pelita Harapan University (UPH) in 2014, specializing in Business Law. After completing his formal education, Ardhen began his career in law as a Lawyer at Erwin Kallo & Co Law Firm from 2011 to 2014.
During this time, he was involved in handling various legal issues, including land disputes, company contract agreements, and licensing arrangements. Ardhen then joined PT. Prioritas Land Indonesia as a Legal Manager from 2014 to 2018, where he was responsible for apartment and housing establishment permits, as well as contract review and drafting. From 2018 to 2020, he continued his career as a Legal Manager at PT. Megapolitan Development, TBK, where he was involved in handling all corporate legal matters, including litigation, as well as licensing affairs. In late 2020, he was establishing AWP Law Firm.
Ardhana has a robust interest in Real Estate, Property, and Intellectual Property, and other general Corporate matters. Since founding this firm, Ardhana has been involved in various transaction and dispute resolution for corpcrate and individual clients. Ardhana has also been involved in registering Patent rights for our clients and undertake legal proceedings by litigating and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution when an Intellectual Property dispute arises and/or when there is infringement. Ardhana has very active in Real Estate and property industry, with handling various cases related that lndustry. Ardhana is also a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
IGNATIUS WIDHIANTO, S.H., M.H

Widhianto has a broad experience in both regional and domestic transactions. His general Informatian, Communication, & Technology (ICT) practice include acting for both Vendor and Customer on regional and domestic project. For Banking & Finance, his expertise is in project financing, debt restructuring, and capital market, He also advises on a broad range of commercial dispute and litigation process in Indonesia.
Widhianto graduated from faculty of law, Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta, with a Cum laude predicate. He continued his Master Degree study at the University af Pelita Harapan. He also attended several course program for Law Skill. Widhianto is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

He previously worked at Grant Thornton, one of the Big 5 Public Accounting Firms, where he held the position of Tax Manager in the tax consulting division in 2012. Specializing in handling tax disputes and tax crime in court representing Large Company Groups across various sectors, including mining, trade, healthcare, services, manufacturing, oil and gas, State-Owned Enterprises, and professional services.
DESTIYA TALITHA, S.H., M.H

Talitha graduated from Faculty of Law, Esa Unggul University in 2015 and continued her Masters in Law at Pelita Harapan University and graduated in 2018. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Law at Pelita Harapan University and completing her dissertation. Previously, she was a member of several Law Firms in Jakarta and is currently active as a Partner at AWP Law Firm. She has experience resolving criminal, civil, and employment cases, and is active in writing legal articles in the media. She also pays attention to legal issues that are developing in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
RAHIMA MALIK, S.H., M.H

Rahima graduated from Faculty of Law, Trisakti University in 2010 majoring in Legal Practitioner, Rahima has completed her Master degree in University of Indonesia majoring in Business Law. She is also licensed to practice law as an Advocate by Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2016.
Rahima specializes in Property and Real Estate Law. Prior to joining AWP Law Firm as a Partner, she started her professional career in 2011 at the renowned Property Law Firm Erwin Kallo & Co., where she focused on specific areas of law and spent the last five years as Head of the Transactional Property Division. She has led numerous significant land acquisition, M&A, and real estate development projects for both domestic and international clients throughout her time there. Rahima frequently served as a legal retainer for upscale and prestigious hotels, condos, and apartments in Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, and Medan as part of her main practice.
Rahima has been closely involved in business dealings for significant landmarks and institutions in Indonesia, including advising Financial Authority Services (OJK) in land transactions, representing PP Sarana Jaya in a land acquisition, and most recently representing Bank Jawa Barat (BJB) in a number of real estate transactions. Rahima frequently served as a legal retainer for prestigious and exclusive hotels, condotels, and apartments in Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, and Medan.
ANYELIR PUSPA KEMALA, S.H., S.Sos., M.M

Puspa graduted from University of Indonesia, where she earned her degree from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, specializing in Criminology. Following her graduation, she spent several years working as a journalist before pursuing a master’s degree in strategic management with a focus on human resources at the PPM School of Management in Jakarta. Subsequently, she gained experience in various private sector roles, including positions in both domestic and multinational companies, as well as in human capital consulting. To further enhance her expertise, she obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from STIH IBLAM in Jakarta. Additionally, Puspa is actively involved in numerous community organizations that advocate for social issues and women’s rights. Currently, she serves as a lawyer and lecturer at STIH IBLAM and frequently participates as a resource person for several ministries and state-owned enterprises.
